For over 40 years, the Lake Houston Musical Arts Society has brought the joy of live choral and big band music to our community, and your support keeps that tradition strong. When you donate to the Lake Houston Musical Arts Society, your support directly funds:
- Community Performances by the Kingwood Big Band and Kingwood Chorale, offering new and exciting repertoires every season.
- Music Education & Mentorship through collaboration with local student musicians and schools, inspiring the next generation of performers.
- Guest Artists & New Repertoire that elevate our concerts and expand the cultural offerings in our region.
- Rehearsal Space, Sheet Music, and Equipment — the essentials that keep our music alive and vibrant.
Ways you are supporting:
- A one-time donation of $25 covers the cost of sheet music for one musician for a season.
- A monthly donation of $100 covers part or all of the costs for a guest artist to join the Chorale or Big Band on stage.
- A one-time donation of $500 helps underwrite the costs for an entire section of the band or choir — including music, rehearsal time, and performance expenses.
